Special Request: While in India, I was deeply burdened to increase our financial support for the work being done there. A dollar here can go so far there! People are getting saved and there is a hunger for spiritual truth. There are more available workers there than there are funds to support them.
I have begun to ask God to provide a minimum of 40 people who will give $25 per month toward this effort. With this amount, TSCM will be able to bring on several new workers devoted to reaching Hindu, Muslim and nominal Christian students with the gospel. In the past two years, we have seen attendance at students meetings grow from about 150 to nearly 500 on 12 campuses. We believe this next year can add 10 new campuses and more than double in attendance again.
I love the people of India. India has more unsaved people and unreached people groups than any country of the world. India desperately needs the gospel. Even though my focus remains the campuses of America, I am so grateful to God for the chance to have an impact for Christ on the land of India.
Therefore, will you join me in praying for this one simple, attainable goal of 40 people who will give $25 a month to advance the work of reaching students for Christ in India? Also, will you ask God if He wants you to be one of those 40 who make such a commitment? (Note: TSCM will gladly accept any financial support toward this venture. The $25 figure is a target amount. If God leads you to join in this venture at a higher or lower amount, that would be wonderful.)
